Jo Cern
Director
With more than two decades in software consulting and project management, Jo Cern has delivered multi-million-dollar technology and construction projects and collaborated with industry leading clients across the globe. Jo’s IT background allows her to provide innovative and user-friendly technical solutions aligned with the needs of her clients. Combined with her excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, Jo is pivotal in the timely and efficient planning, design and delivery of Astoria Developments projects.
Jo is a Certified Practising Project Manager with AIPM and holds Masters’ Degrees in Business Computer Science and Economics, and Graduate Diplomas in Project Management and Fashion Design.
Bob Fisterman
Director
A Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years’ experience in public practice, Bob Fisterman has an outstanding track record for transforming businesses and maximising profitability through the implementation of ‘best practice’ approaches, suitable group structures, tax minimisation and risk management processes. Bob uses his diverse experience to guide Astoria Developments and his clients through the property development journey and ensure the greatest profitability and value – every time.
Bob is a Chartered Accountant and Certified SMSF Specialist with CA ANZ and holds a Bachelor of Financial Administration Degree.
