Much greener and quieter than some of its neighbouring suburbs, Concord was chosen for its nostalgic feel and the community-centric atmosphere that attracts families, professionals and mature independents. While Nelson is modern in design, the rich natural materials, sophisticated feature accents and dark brick façade maintain a sense of old-school and welcoming charm.
Both duplexes were also crafted to endure through time. Despite being just a few steps away from the cafes, shops and public transport of Majors Bay Road, the double brick construction ensures the property remains a place for peace and relaxation.
